Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are entrusted exclusively to external carriers (GLS, DHL, or FedEx); we do not utilize in-house couriers or dedicated personnel for delivery management. Shipping for material indicated as “available” takes place within 24/48 hours from the order, Monday through Friday.
All orders are delivered to the destination address provided by the buyer according to the timelines and methods set by the chosen system (we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers).
Tracking and Storage
The tracking code will be provided via email or SMS directly by the assigned carrier (please check also your spam folder). The tracking code will, in any case, be available upon request via email at info@sm-project.com, indicating your order number, starting from the day after shipping. If your package is held in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our power to release it as soon as possible.

For all purchases shipped outside the European Union, the customer automatically saves the 22% Italian VAT. However, please be aware that the receiving country (destination country) may apply local customs duties, tariffs, or taxes. These charges are determined by your national customs office, not by us. We are not responsible for these duties, nor are we able to estimate their final amount. The customer is entirely responsible for paying any applicable fees upon the arrival of the goods. Should you choose not to pay these duties, the parts will be returned to Italy. In that scenario, we will incur costs to reclaim the package (customs fees, return shipping). These costs will be deducted from your refund
